With "Embracing Our Uniqueness to Shape a Brighter Future" as the overarching theme, we will welcome four distinguished hosts—each a leader in their respective field—who will be joined by expert guests actively driving change in these areas.

In addition to insightful discussions, we are preparing a variety of engaging experiences and interactive programs for all attendees.

We hope this event will be a place where like-minded individuals come together, exchange ideas, and build meaningful connections.

We are pleased to announce that Bigbeat will undergo a leadership transition on Friday, August 1, 2025.

As we celebrate our 31st anniversary on March 15, 2025, this transition marks a new chapter in our journey toward the next 50 and 100 years of Bigbeat’s future.

On the same day, Yutaka Hamaguchi, who has served as CEO since our founding in 1995, will step down from his position.
Taking his place, Tatsuro Otaki (currently Director and Head of the Account Division) will assume the role of CEO, while Katsurako Shirakuma (currently Executive Officer) will be appointed as Director.

Under their leadership, Bigbeat will continue to evolve and grow even stronger as we move into our next era.
